Bridges Career Transition is a trade name of Nathan Bridges, a sole proprietor based in Pooler, Georgia ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect through bridgescareertransition.com and our email and payment channels.

1. Information we collect

IMPORTANT: Do not send your Social Security number. Black out (redact) SSNs on DD-214s, evaluations, orders, and any similar record before emailing them. Do not send anything classified, Controlled Unclassified Information, or medical/VA disability records. If we receive an unredacted SSN, we will ask you to resend a redacted copy and aim to delete the unredacted file.

2. Cookies and tracking

We use no analytics, advertising pixels, tracking cookies, or third-party web fonts. Our host, Cloudflare, may set these strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from bots:

These cookies are not used for advertising or to track you across sites. You can block cookies in your browser, but the security check may then fail. 3. How we use information, and AI assistants

AI disclosure: we use AI assistants to help read client emails and documents and draft resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles. Client emails and files may be stored on a private cloud computer we control. Nathan Bridges oversees this work and reviews every deliverable. You can ask for a human review of anything we send you by emailing resumes@bridgescareertransition.com.

To provide, deliver, and bill for federal (USAJOBS) and private-sector resume writing, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles; to reply to you; to send emails you asked for; to keep the site and our accounts secure; and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
