Refund & Cancellation Policy — Bridges Career Transition
Effective: October 30, 2026
- Before work begins: you get a full refund if you cancel before work begins. Work begins when we start reviewing your intake materials. Once work begins, no refund is available.
- After work begins: refunds are no longer available, but we'll still complete your order, including your first draft and your 2 revision rounds within 14 days of it.
- Deposits: services of $349 and up need a 50% deposit to start, with the balance due before final delivery. $199 services are paid in full up front.
Refunds are by request only: email resumes@bridgescareertransition.com with your name and order details to ask for a refund or to cancel. We do not initiate refunds. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe (or PayPal, if you paid that way). Stripe usually returns funds within 5–10 business days; your bank controls final timing.
